Introduction

I am an open-minded, calm and approachable agile business analyst with a wealth of professional experience.  I have previously held design and development roles from entry level through to lead positions and have proven experience managing teams and working across business functions.  I have good interpersonal skills and carry myself in a professional manner, able to communicate with a business or organization at all levels and not afraid to speak out, be heard and share my thoughts and ideas.

I have an honors degree in Computer Science, and recently transitioned from a career in development into a business analyst role as I aim to shift my career trajectory into a product focused role. I am a certified scrum master and have a good understanding of agile processes and the product development lifecycle.  I am familiar with agile planning tools including JIRA, Target Process and Trello.
