The Arnold Render View Window in Maya

  • ‘Arnold’ > ‘Arnold RenderView’ (Main top menu)
  • To run the Arnold IPR: ‘Render’ > ‘Run IPR’ (From the Arnold RenderView)
  • You can test lower resolution renders (Useful for IPR) by clicking ‘View’ > ‘Test Resolution’ > ‘50%’ or whatever you require
  • You can save snapshots of renders for comparison by clicking ‘View’ > ‘Store Snapshot’, they will appear under the render (You may need to expand the Arnold RenderView window)
  • To edit scene settings (Gamma, Exposure), click on the gear icon in the top right of the Arnold RenderView window
